Shipping Policy
Our canvas wall art, acrylic glass wall art and framed wall art items are made to order and hand-assembled, once your product is ready, we will send you the tracking number right away and keep you posted on the package shipment progress.

Normally, all canvas and acrylic prints ship from our production facility within 2 - 7 business days of your order. Canvas wall art, acrylic glass wall art and framed wall art may take upto 3 weeks for delivery from the day of shipment.
​
The rest of the products are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed and they may take 2 - 7 business days to be delivered to your doorstep.
Mostly orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. In some cases we use other courier companies depending on the location of customer.

We only ship to the US. Free shipping only applies to orders shipped to USA.
​
We proudly manufacture and ship all our artwork from our facility here in USA.
In most cases tracking details will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days. In rare cases, you will receive tracking details in 8-10 business days of order placed. If you are unable to track your order status and it has been more than 14 business days since you have ordered, please reach out to us at support@cosasypunto.com

You are responsible for contacting us within 14 days of the receipt of our product. The fastest response will be via email at support@cosasypunto.com, and please list in the email the following information:

We will replace our product or refund your money if you are not happy.

We do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient to begin the process. We may ask you if you want a refund or if you want an exchange shipped.

We work closely with our printing partners and the photographic evidence of the damage will allow us to correct this and future issues. Our goal is to make things right with YOU.

Returning All Other Products
We have a 30-day return policy on all products that are not made on demand, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@cosasypunto.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges of Canvas Wall Art, Acrylic Glass Wall Art and Framed Wall Art
If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.

Exchanges of All Other Products
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your purchase. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
